One of my sport 600's was smoking so I decided to go big and got a set of generic GT2860RS. Just about the time I get the whole thing apart I met a great girl who has since moved in. Needless to say all the money has gone to home upgrades and dinners out. It's amazing how much easier it was to constantly mod the Z when I was a bachelor. Anyway, I'm done painting and carpeting etc... and vow to get in the garage and start the build. Have to decide exactly how to deal with this 3" barb on the compressor. My buddy welds aluminum and has a full machine shop at his disposal. I'm currently in the middle of running new stainless 3/8" fuel lines to and from the tank to feed the 300deg rails. I already re-routed a lot of wires and vacuum lines to clean up the engine bay, it looks great. I have a lot more work to do but I don't want to rush it.
Last dyno w/sport 600's 512 whp 470 lbs-tq On 93 octane @ 17psi GT2860RS.64 soon.... Best 1/4 mi on the old engine w/Sport 600's: 12.59 & 120mph on old steet tires Daily driver, 05 Titan KingCab Tow package, 2.5" lift kit.
